overexposed
i recently shot this overexposed photo in my haste to capture their smiles.

my settings weren’t correct. but i didn’t want to not have this photo. i quickly fixed my settings and got other photos, but this one, of course didn’t happen again. so, i opened it up in photoshop, edited & made changes, and turned it into this.
it is still overexposed, but i don’t think i mind it at all. it reminds me of a memory, how it’s not so sharp, not perfectly clear.
Right as I thought, “It reminds me of a thought or memory”, I read “it’s reminds me of a memory, how it’s not so sharp, not perfectly clear”. There’s a typo in there by the way. Not a big deal, but just thought I’d let you know just in case.
But yes, like I thought, lol, it does remind me of a memory. Awesome photo.
i really like how you are using this space to play around with your photos a lot! whereas new york city life seems more like a photo journal of your life, this seems like a photo blog—all about the photography! i love it!
and my! you’ve posted so much just since i was here yesterday! i am going to have a hard time keeping up with you, girl!
